b) Jess and his family had experienced financial difficulties and they don’t seem too keen on celebrating Christmas since they have no money. However, for my family, all we want is for each other to be present. That itself is a priceless gift.
Jess and his family gave each other presents and the book never said if they did anything else. My family and I did a few things more than them. For example, we played pin the tail to the donkey (quite childish).
Jess also did not celebrate Christmas happily with his family. However, I did.
Jess and his family were already preparing for Christmas a month before, but my family only prepared for Christmas about a week before the actual day itself.
